Fever of Unknown Origin (FUO): Don’t overlook the Med-List! 🩺 A 60-year-old female presents with a 4-week history of evening pyrexia. Systemic exam, CXR, and routine bloods (CBC, LFT, RFT) are all unremarkable, except for a mildly raised ESR. Before jumping to extensive TB workups or autoimmune panels, look at the drug history!
