Clock Will Go Back 🕐 What time do the clocks go back? The clock change happens at 02:00 BST on Sunday 26 October in the UK. The clocks will go forward again at 01:00 GMT on 29 March 2026, when we return to BST. The easy way to remember which way the clocks change is the phrase “spring forward, fall back”.
