Ketel Marte, Arizona Diamondbacks and MLB

Police in Arizona are investigating after they say the home of Diamondbacks star Ketel Marte was burglarized while he was at the All-Star Game in Georgia Tuesday.
Second baseman Ketel Marte, who hit third for the NL in the All-Star Game and doubled home two runs in the first inning against Cy Young winner Tarik Skubal, was placed on the restricted list Friday.
An incident at a baseball game in Chicago last month between the Diamondbacks and the White Sox got the attention of the sports world — and not in a good way.
Incidentally, Marte will get to play alongside Machado, the starter at third base, for the National League in the All-Star game. Fernando Tatis Jr. also earned an All-Star selection as an outfielder, but is on the reserves.
