The New York Jets didn’t exactly distinguish themselves in a 31-12 preseason loss to the New York Giants on Saturday
Aaron Glenn used the words “sloppy” and “undisciplined” to describe the Jets‘ preseason loss to the Giants. The following day, the Jets not only practiced to work on a few areas, but it was coordinated and run entirely by the players themselves and linebacker Jamien Sherwood called the defensive plays.
Led by rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart, the New York Giants lit up the skies and the Jets in a 31-12 victory to close out Week 2 of the preseason.
The Jets and Giants play their final preseason games tomorrow night and this evening respectively before the opening of the regular season on September 7.
