Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell spoke out about the recommended charges brought forward against Brady Kiser - the husband of influencer Emilie Kiser - over their son's drowning death.

"Pastor Bill" was found as if he were crucified, according to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. The accused had a list of 14 Christian targets.

Reese Hanshaw, 13, of Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, got caught in a strong current and drowned on June 30 while swimming at the Ohio River in West Virginia.
