The unidentified 19-year-old's suit claims that, as a user of the app starting at age 13, she was “easy prey” due to Roblox’s insufficient safety measures.

"Investigations have revealed that sexual predators are using Roblox to access, communicate with, and groom minors," Uthmeier's office says.

The family is among dozens suing Roblox, Discord and other tech platforms, alleging they allowed sexual predators access to their children.
