Former prisoner suing over lack of privacy while in jail, claims the sheriff denies
CARROLLTON — A former prisoner held briefly in Greene County Jail is suing over what he said was a lack of privacy while showering.
"Those beds would go totally unused, so that’s $8 million more that supplements the local taxpayers’ funding to run the jail," said Sheriff Jim Arnott.
