A Palace official has accused the legal counsel of former President Rodrigo R. Duterte, Nicholas Kaufman, of being delusional for accusing President Ferdinand Marcos of conspiring to "neutralize" the former by secretly supporting his prosecution before the  International Criminal Court (ICC).
