Six lots of artisanal bread have been recalled at Kroger and Walmart locations in Indiana due to undeclared allergens.

A bakery is recalling 883 loaves of bread that were sold at Meijer, Walmart and Kroger stores in Michigan and other states. The “Lewis Bake Shop Artisan Style 1/2 Loaf” bread may contain undeclared hazelnuts. Hartford Bakery, of Indiana, is voluntarily recalling six lots of the product due to the possible allergen.
