In wake of the death of French streamer Jean Pormanove, whose real name was Raphaël Graven, Kick has reportedly banned Naruto and Safine from its platform. Naruto and Safine were often seen alongside Pormanove during live streams or on his social media pages. Pormanove passed away in his sleep on August 18 during a Kick live stream, as per Dexerto.
A social media influencer who was found dead at a home in France had allegedly been 'tortured' for 10 days on a livestream. Identified as 46-year-old Raphaël Graven, who was more commonly known as Jean Pormanove online, was found dead by police at the property in Contes, near Nice, France, on Monday (18 August).
On August 18, 2025, French Kick streamer Jean Pormanove died while conducting a streaming marathon in collaboration with his fellow platform members, Owen "Naruto" and Safine Hamadi.
Raphaël Graven, known online as Jean Pormanove, was regularly subjected to humiliation and abuse on Kick, a streaming platform.
An investigation has been launched, and an autopsy has been ordered following the death of a French streamer who was well known for extreme challenges. Raphaël Graven, 46, also known as Jean Pormanove, was found dead at a residence in Contes, a village north of Nice, according to prosecutors.
