A tourist boat that capsized in Ha Long Bay in northern Vietnam and killed at least 38 people has been taken to a shipyard for investigation on Sunday.

LAKE MICHIGAN - The U.S. Coast Guard rescued five people suffering from hypothermia and seasickness after a boat was reported to be taking on water in Lake Michigan Wednesday night.

A 58-year-old man died in a Norris Lake boating accident after falling and being hit by a boat, the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency said.

As both the NYPD Aviation Unit and Harbor Unit responded to the scene, the mischievous mariner then jumped from the sailboat onto another unoccupied boat.
