Kids are 10, 12 & 14 and this really only suited the youngest one. It worked well to fill in time before a night flight but if you have older tweens they are probably past this. Full review by 642familyof5

Great place for kids, teens and adults alike! You can really spend the whole day exploring the museum, watching the presentations and learning! Full review by GrandTour735305

I would go see both. The Vancouver BC one was recently upgraded and there are tons of hands on things to do as well as demonstrations of scientific principles. It’s a great place to take inquisitive kids and their folks. I was last at the Seattle science centre in 1984 at their exhibition of Chinese Arts & Science and it was truly amazing. Paper, silk, weaving, earthquake predictors, lions and tigers and bears, oh my. See both places.
